Stop paying for manufacturers' design flaws.

If your repair has not been carried out yet, read this first — it costs nothing.
There are two Stellantis measures, and they are confused everywhere. Special coverage 4UA / 4UB is applied during the repair, at the authorised repairer: 100 % of the part price under 5 years and 150,000 km, otherwise 30 to 90 % depending on mileage, plus 30 € towards labour. The online portal, by contrast, is a retroactive payment of 50, 100 or 200 €, reserved for those who have already received a contribution.
What follows from that: if you settle your invoice in full having obtained nothing, both doors close on the same day — too late for 4UB, and never eligible for the portal. Ask the question before you authorise the work.
