What separates our options is not the amount of information — it is how far the help goes. Some people only want the ammunition and do perfectly well on their own. Others want someone to open their file and tell them what is actually in it. Both are entirely reasonable.
If your repair has not been carried out yet, read this first — it costs nothing.
There are two Stellantis measures, and they are confused everywhere. Special coverage 4UA / 4UB is applied during the repair, at the authorised repairer: 100 % of the part price under 5 years and 150,000 km, otherwise 30 to 90 % depending on mileage, plus 30 € towards labour. The online portal, by contrast, is a retroactive payment of 50, 100 or 200 €, reserved for those who have already received a contribution.
What follows from that: if you settle your invoice in full having obtained nothing, both doors close on the same day — too late for 4UB, and never eligible for the portal. Ask the question before you authorise the work.
