1. Code 00448: Haldex Coupling Pump (V181)
This is the most frequent code on the Volkswagen Tiguan, Audi Q3 and Volvo XC60. It means the electric pump can no longer maintain oil pressure.
The reality: The pump is not "worn out" — it burned out because its strainer is completely blocked by clutch debris (metal shavings and black sludge). Since the manufacturer specifies no strainer cleaning in the service schedule, the pump forces until it fails.
2. Code 01155: Clutch — Mechanical Fault
