The ISO 22241 Standard
AdBlue (or AUS32) is not a magic formula patented by each manufacturer. It is an ultra-strict international standard (ISO 22241) composed of exactly 32.5% pure urea and 67.5% demineralized water.
Whether bought in a can at a supermarket, at the pump, or at a premium price from a dealer, the liquid is technically the same. Categorically refuse this argument if it is used to deny warranty. The defect is in their hardware, not your liquid.
